Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States. All orders are processed and shipped directly from our print partners.

Where do you ship to?
At this time, we ship anywhere in the United States. We’re working toward expanding international shipping in the future.

How long will my order take?
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. Please note that production and shipping times may be longer during peak seasons or holidays.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Simply click the link to follow your package’s journey. If you have trouble locating your tracking email, check your spam folder or contact us at support@5433prints.com for help.

Returns and Exchanges

Because our products are made to order, we only accept returns or exchanges in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

How do I ship my order back to you?
To start a return, please contact us at support@5433prints.com. If your return is approved, we’ll provide a shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Can I exchange my item?
Yes, exchanges are possible if your order arrives damaged or incorrect. Please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Can I cancel or change my order?
Because all items are made to order, we can only cancel or change your order if it is still in production. If you need to request a cancellation or make changes, contact us immediately at support@5433prints.com. Once your order has been sent to production, we’re unable to cancel or modify it.

Care Instructions

To keep your 5433 Prints items looking their best, we recommend the following:

  • Machine wash cold, inside-out, with like colors

  • Use mild detergent and avoid bleach

  • Tumble dry low or hang dry for best results

  • Do not iron directly on printed areas

  • Do not dry clean

Proper care will help preserve the color, fit, and print quality of your product for longer wear.

Size & Fit Guide

Our apparel is designed to fit true to size for most customers.

  • For a standard fit, order your regular size

  • For a looser or oversized look, consider sizing up

  • Check the size chart on each product page for detailed measurements

  • If you’re between sizes, we recommend going one size up for comfort
